The Bunk House
The Bunk House sits adjacent to the Toll House. Freshly renovated, this addition to the house has a separate entrance from the main building, with its own private deck, kitchen, and full bath (with claw-foot tub and shower). With four bunks, a queen-sized murphy bed, and a full bed/couch, the Bunk House can accommodate up to eight people. The murphy bed is in a semi-private sleeping space in the kitchen area, with a door separating it from the bunks. The Bunk House’s unique layout centers around an octagonal living room with an open kitchen, creating a space filled with natural light. Large windows lining the common space provide beautiful panoramic views of the garden and Valley.
Bell tents (glamping)
There are 6 luxury tents set around the knoll of the property. Each tent is set on a wooden platform deck and has two twin beds. The twin beds can be brought together to make a queen bed. There is a shared bath house a short walk from each tent. These tents are equipped with light and electricity. You must purchase 2 tickets if you want a bell tent (one for you and a friend).
The 3 Barn Rooms are located in the upper floor of the 2300 square foot barn, just a short walk from the Toll House. These modest yet comfortable rooms each have bunkbeds that sleep 2 adults. One room has a third bed. The shared half-bath is down the steps and the outdoor shower house is located behind the Toll House.
Adjacent to a tributary of Bell Valley creek are two cottages connected by breezeway. One cottage has a queen bed and single pull-out plus full bathroom with shower. The second cottage has a pull-out double, space for an optional airbed, and a half-bath.
Are limited to 70 participants and 10 staff onsite. All tickets include catered lunch and dinner (vegan & gluten-free), with a self-serve breakfast of fruit, tea, coffee, granola, & nut milk. If camping on-site, you must bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and pad. There are group showers and bathrooms a short walk away. There are also 20 offsite tickets available (If staying offsite, try the campground at Hendy Woods, 20 minutes away, or AirBnB in Boonville or Ukiah). If staying off-site, you must leave the grounds by 11pm.
